Chef Bryn Williams returns home to the Vale of Clwyd for the last episode of the series, and cooks a whole local lamb on the barbeque for the youth team at Denbigh rugby club, to eat after their training session. Back in the kitchen, Bryn prepares lobster with garlic butter, served with twice cooked chips, and makes black pudding Scotch Eggs as a starter. In the alfresco kitchen in West Wales, Bryn puts gooseberries and elderflower cordial together to create a tasty pudding. Last in series.

He also meets one of the area's oldest characters and follows the seasonal work on some of the farms. As well as visiting the area's sheepdog sale, ram sale and suckling calves sale, Dai is entertained by the local youngsters.
