Cruse Bereavement Care is a service offering counselling, information and support to anyone who has been bereaved. It has ten groups in Wales and bereavement counselling, telephone and children's counselling are provided by carefully selected, trained volunteers. TheSite.org is a well established website and online community which covers many topics of interest from advice on drugs, alcohol and addiction to help with unplanned pregnancy or if you parents are splitting up.
