    A Wales based non-profit organisation which raises awareness of depression and self-harm in young people. They offer workshops and resources, some bilingually, as well as signposting to sources of support.

  • CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably

    SANE runs a national, out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. They also have a comprehensive website offering advice around mental well-being. They are open every day of the year from 4:30pm to 10:30pm.
