Following a great deal of interest in the Factual Commissioner's request for a 4 x 60 history series at the last Sector Meeting, we have decided to extend the deadline. We are looking for an ambitious and bold series that will use the Welsh language as a prism to tell the story of Wales and to understand more about our country and the future of the language.
When submitting your ideas, the following information should be included:
Pitch - no more than one page - outlining clearly the concept of the series.
Supplementary document, not more than two / three pages indicating:
Narrative and style of the series
Methods and techniques used to tell the story
Names of presenters and contributors who will inspire and challenge
Names of production talent
Any supplementary content or campaigns that could lead to a national conversation
Send your ideas to the Content Commissioner, llinos.wynne@s4c.cymru by 17.00 on Friday, February 8th, 2019. After the closing date S4C will consider all the ideas and will inform companies of our interest in discussing the ideas further within two weeks.
