The Biggarena

1. Ball Placement

Quickly place the ball on the tee with force, this is to assure the ball won't fall… we think…

2. The 'Grass-Flick'

As you stand up pick up a piece of grass and throw it aimlessly in the air… don't look where it goes… just throw it.

3. Hair Swipe 1

Using your left arm, swipe the fringe of your hair to the left firmly, then drop your arm quickly.

4. Bounce!!!

After you drop your arm, do a 'staccato squat'! Yes I have just made that up… Bounce up and down quickly twice!

5. The Shoulders and Hair Combo

Whilst continuing to 'staccato squat', brush your right shoulder with your left arm, swiftly followed by a swipe of you left shoulder, with your right arm. Straight away, make sure your hair is safely in place, by doing the same thing as step 3.

6. The Shoulders and Hair Combo #2

Keep staccato squatting, keep doing this until we tell you to stop! Now saving a bit of energy, we'll only brush our right shoulder this time, then the hair! So repeat step 5… but don't brush your left shoulder!

7. STARE

After a few seconds of staccato squatting on its own… STOP! Pause! Fall stiller than ever before! Just breathe… and stare at the posts.

8. The ‘lost child’

Yes once again I'm making the name of the move up… whilst stepping up towards the ball, reach your arms out straight in front of you, before eventually kicking the ball.

9. Turn

Your turn is very important, turn quickly 180 degrees.

10. James Bond

As you turn, start running backwards… as the camera looks on to you, run away from the posts as if it's an explosion scene in a James Bond film.
