As the Welsh Premier League celebrates 20 season, Sgorio, and the Football Association of Wales have come together to create the Welsh Premier League Hall of Fame.
During the season, 20 players will be inducted into the Hall of Fame and the first to secure his place is Marc Lloyd-Williams.
Lloyd-Williams is the league’s all-time top goalscorer netting 319 goals in 468 appearances in the Welsh Premier League.
He started his league career at Porthmadog back in 1992 but became famous throughout Europe in the blue shirt of Bangor when his 47 goals in the 2001/02 season made him the top goalscorer in all of Europe.
He bagged 29 hat-tricks during his career in the Welsh premier League and ‘Jiws’ also won the title twice; with The New Saints and with Bangor City, before retiring in 2010.
