A Joe Allen goal and a Kevin Wimmer own-goal secures an away-point for Wales in their second Group D World Cup 2018 qualifying match.
After two matches in Group D Wales top the group with four points.
Joe Allen opened the scoring with a well hit half-volley after 22 minutes before his Stoke City team mate, Arnautovic equalised six minutes later for Austria.
Wales head in to half time 1-2 up after Kevin Wimmer’s own-goal, but for Arnautovic to score his second early in the second half after taking advantage of Wales’ sloppy defending.
Wales will now turn their attention to Sunday’s clash against Georgia at the Cardiff City Stadium, with kick off at 5pm and extended highlights available after the game at 10:30 on S4C.
On this day in 1964 Wales faced Denmark for the first time in international football.
