The prestigious pre-season friendly between Swansea City and Italian Serie A giants Sampdoria will be broadcast LIVE and EXCLUSIVE on TV channel S4C on Saturday, 5 August at 5.00pm, with kick off 5.15pm
The clash at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday 5 August will be the Swans’ last match before their English Premier League season starts the following weekend with a trip to Southampton.
The match will be shown on S4C and webcast on s4c.cymru, with coverage starting at 5.00pm and kick off at 5.15pm. The Sgorio coverage will be available to watch throughout the UK.
Welsh football giants John Hartson and Dai Davies will join Dylan Ebenezer and Nicky John pitchside, with Nic Parry and Malcolm Allen providing the commentary.
Joining Mark Jones for the English-language commentary on the red button service and other audio services will be Cameron Toshack who is coach of Swansea’s successful Under 23 side, and who’s association with the Swans goes back to the halcyon days of the early 1980s under the management of his father, John Toshack.
