Coleman names his Wales squad to face Austria and Moldova

Chris Coleman has named a 25-man squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Austria (02/09/17) and Moldova (05/09/17). Both games are live on S4C.

Wales take on Austria at the Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday, 2 September before facing Moldova in Chisinau three days later.

Joe Allen and Neil Taylor will miss the Austria clash through suspension, with pair in line to return for the trip to Moldova on 5 September.

Wales are currently third in Group D, four points behind both Republic of Ireland and group leaders Serbia with just four matches to play.

GOALKEEPERS: Wayne Hennessey (Crystal Palace), Danny Ward (Liverpool), Adam Davies (Barnsley).

DEFENDERS: Ben Davies (Tottenham Hotspur), James Chester (Aston Villa), Neil Taylor (Aston Villa), Chris Gunter (Reading), Jazz Richards (Cardiff City), James Collins (West Ham United), Tom Lockyer (Brostol Rovers), Ashley Williams (Everton), Ethan Ampadu (Chelsea).

MIDFIELDERS: Joe Allen (Stoke City), David Edwards (Wolverhampton Wanderers), Andy King (Leicester City), Lee Evans (Wolverhampton Wanderers), Joe Ledley (Unattached), Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal), Jonathan Williams (Crystal Palace).
