The Connah’s Quay Nomads will welcome Llandudno to the Deeside Stadium on Saturday live on Sgorio at 17:00.

The clubs have met seven times in the WPL and have an equal head-to-head record with three wins each and one draw.

Andy Morrison’s new signing Melford Simpson grabbed the winning goal at Carmarthen last Saturday with his first touch in the WPL less than a minute after coming as a substitute.

After a great start to the season, Llandudno have lost their spark lately and have lost four consecutive WPL games for the first time in their history.

1-0 defeats away to TNS and Cardiff Met weren’t too much of a shock for Llandudno, but Alan Morgan will not be happy that his side has lost at home to Cefn Druids and Aberystwyth during that same run.

Connah’s Quay have only lost twice in the league this season, and one of those losses came against Llandudno (1-0, Toby Jones), and the Seasiders will be looking to end their losing streak and complete the double over the Nomads on Saturday.

Last meeting:
Llandudno 1-0 Connah’s Quay (26/08/17)
