The New Saints will welcome Europa FC to Park Hall for the first leg on 27 June with kick off at 7pm.
On Monday, 19 June the names were drawn for the first qualifying round of the 2017/18 Champions League.
As the Victoria Stadium in Gibraltar has failed UEFA assesments, the second leg will be played at Portugal on either July 4th or 5th.
The winners will go on to play HNK Rijeka from Croatia in the second qualifying round.
The New Saints have managed to reach the second qualifying round of the Champions League in each of the last five seasons.
Europa FC – Gibraltar
Europa FC were crowned Gibraltan Champions this season for the first time since 1952, and brought Lincoln Red Imps’ impressive run of 14 consecutive league trophies to an end.
Europa beat FC Pyunik of Armenia in Europe last year before being knocked out by AIK Solna who had beaten Bala Town in their previous round.
Amongst the several international players in their squad is the Ghanaian, Ibrahim Ayew, who is the half-brother of Andre Ayew (West Ham) and Jordan Ayew (Swansea).
