After competing in the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Cup over the weekend, The New Saints and Connah’s Quay now turn their attention back to the JD Cymru Premier.
Connah’s Quay v Cefn Druids | Tuesday – 19:45
Connah’s Quay beat Cove Rangers in the Scottish Challenge Cup third round on Saturday thanks to a quick-thinking free-kick from Michael Bakare.
The Nomads are one of three unbeaten clubs in the Cymru Premier this season, but after drawing three of their four games to date, Andy Morrison’s men are sitting in 5th place.
A decade has gone by since the Druids last won away at Deeside Stadium (November 2008).

The New Saints v Newtown | Tuesday – 19:45
TNS lost on penalties against Stenhousemuir on Saturday, and what better way to put the disappointment behind them than to bounce back with a win that would lift the champions to the top of the table.
Newtown will take some confidence from the fact that they have won twice at Park Hall in the last three years.
But the Saints have won their last three matches against Newtown in emphatic fashion (TNS 4-0 New, TNS 5-0 New, New 0-6 TNS) – could the pattern continue with a 7-0 win for Scott Ruscoe’s men?!

Highlights from both games will be available on the Sgorio website on Wednesday afternoon, 11 September.
On this day in 1968, a record crowd gathered at the Vetch Field, Swansea to witness the Swans' 4th round FA Cup match against Arsenal.
