Aberystwyth v Cefn Druids | Friday – 19:45
Aberystwyth missed the opportunity to reach the League Cup final for the first time in their history as they lost 2-1 to STM Sports in the Nathaniel MG Cup semi final last Saturday.

Cefn Druids’ impressive run came to an end at Cardiff Met on Saturday – Huw Griffiths’ side had won four on the bounce before losing 2-1 at Cyncoed where the Druids had to see out the game with only nine men after Michael Pritchard and Alec Mudimu were both sent off.

Aberystwyth have only won three of their 15 league games this season, with one of those wins coming in the reverse fixture against the Druids at the Rock (Cefn 1-2 Aber).

Caernarfon v Cardiff Met | Friday – 20:00 (S4C)
After a three-week break the Cofis are eager to return to the Oval this Friday to welcome Cardiff Met who face the Canaries for the first time since the play-off semi final back in May (Cfon 2-3 Met).

Cardiff Met were on a poor run of seven games without a win before their well-needed victory against the Druids last Saturday – Chris Baker and Eliot Evans both netting with fine strikes for the Archers (Met 2-1 Cefn).

If the students can win by a two-goal margin, then they will climb above Caernarfon into 5th place.
