The all JD Cymru North tie between Flint Town United and Prestatyn Town in the JD Welsh Cup quarter final will be televised live on Sgorio.
The match, which sees the league leaders visit the team currently occupying second place, will be the first time for a match between two Welsh second-tier sides to be broadcast live on S4C.
Live coverage from Cae-y-Castell will begin at 7.55pm on Friday 28 February, with kick off at 8.00pm. English commentary will be available through the red button. The match will also be shown on S4C Clic and the Sgorio Facebook Live page.
It was Prestatyn who prevailed the last time the sides met, winning 3-2 at Flint back in October. The next league match between the two title contenders is due to take place at Bastion Gardens on Saturday 22 February, just less than a week before they meet again for a place in the last four of the cup.
Both sides have lifted the illustrious trophy on one occasion during their history.
The Silkmen won in the 1953/54 season, with a 2-0 victory over Chester in front of almost 16,000 people at the Racecourse ground in Wrexham, while the Seasiders won it for the first and only time back in the 2012/13 season, under current manager Neil Gibson, with a memorable 3-1 victory over Bangor at the same venue.
