The journey to Ireland has started.
Dudley has eaten his way around Wales, chosen his twelve contestants, guaranteed the best master classes and even had professional chefs, Bryn Williams and Llinos Woods, to help him on the journey.
But this is a competition and a challenge is needed.
The task was to prepare sea bass with salsa.
Whilst some had a few mishaps, others shone - and at the end of the challenge, two were off home.
Stepping out through the front doors of Llandrillo and heading for home was Iestyn from Pontypridd and Dylan from Betws y Coed.
The remaining ten realised that Tigh Dudley is no holiday as they faced the kitchen once again.
