  • Pineapple gin cocktail

    Ingredients

    • 50ml gin
    • 25ml apricot syrup
    • 200ml pinapple juice
    • blood orange
    • ice cubes

    Method

    1. Place the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Shake over ice, pour, and serve. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
