  • Raspberry gin mojito

    Ingredients

    • tall glass
    • 50ml raspberry gin liqueur
    • fresh mint leaves
    • 1 lime
    • 25ml sugar syrup
    • 50ml pink prosecco
    • crushed ice

    Method

    1. Place a few mint leaves at the bottom of a tall glass.
    2. Put a couple of wedges of lime on top of the mint and add the sugar syrup. Muddle to release the juices.
    3. Fill your glass 3/4 full with crushed ice and pour in the raspberry gin.
    4. Top up with pink prosecco and garnish with mint and fresh raspberries.
