Beef and Harissa Koftas.
Ingredients
- 450g minced beef
- 1 red onion (grated)
- 2 tablespoons coriander (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 garlic cloves (grated)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Method
- Mix all the ingredients until well mixed. Divide the mixture into 6 and shape it over kofta sticks.
- Put them in the fridge before cooking for about 30 minutes or more.
- You can cook them on the BBQ or in the oven, fry or grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with vegetables tossed in oil and garlic and put on the barbecue, and harissa hummus.
