  • peel of 1 orange
  • 50g apricots
  • 200g self raising flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 175g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml vegetable oil
  • 175g cream cheese
  • 450g icing sugar
  • 125g butter
