- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a brownie tin.
- Bake for 14 minutes at 180°C.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving or cutting into pieces.
Tip: If you use the cocoa powder, you'll get a richer and more intensely flavored chocolate cookie tray cake.
