Christmas Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 500g sprouts
  • 175g pancetta
  • 100g cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Trim the sprouts and place in a pan and cook until almost done.
  2. Fry the bacon in a frying pan for a while. Next add the sprouts and cranberries combining the soy sauce, vinegar and honey.
  3. Place all in a dish and cook for 20 minutes 200c/200f.
  4. Arrange in a dish and serve.
