- 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp garlic granules

- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Bowl or bag with 100g cornflour flavoured with:
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- olive oil
- vegetable oil to fry the chicken
- heaped tablespoon gochujang
- heaped tablespoon brown sugar
- heaped tablespoon soy sauce
- heaped tablespoon honey
- basmati rice
- garlic
- onions
- chicken stock
To serve:
- sweetcorn
- coriander
- sesame seeds
