New Potato and Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
Method
- Put some oil and butter in a large frying pan
- Fry the green beans to soften (add the bacon or chorizo if using)
- Add 1 crushed garlic clove and a little more butter
- Add the garden peas (some are frozen!), the broad beans and the peppers and fry them over a low heat until they have softened.
- Stir in the boiled diced potatoes and heat through
Season with salt and plenty of pepper
Tip: Chili salt can be added for extra flavour
- Serve as a vegetable side dish with your favorite meal!
