Method

  1. Make a batter with 2 table spoons of flour, 1 egg and some milk.
  2. Separate the larger flower heads and dunk in the batter.
  3. Fry in a saucepan of oil until they're golden brown.
  4. Chop up some strawberries and place on a plate with some cream.
  5. Top with the flowers in batter and some mint.
