Iwan's Warm Salad and Barbecued Mackerel
- Salad leaves from the garden
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive oil
- Cook the mackerel on the barbecue.
- To make the salad, fry some garlic in a pan with olive oil, red chillies, salt, pepper and the beans.
- Next, add the lettuce until slightly wilted.
- Place the mixture on a plate before adding the barbecued mackerel on top.
