Question 1

Our product covers most of the requirements set out in your RFP with regards to live streaming but we do not currently have a solution that covers some respects of the document. I would be grateful if you would advise on whether you are accepting proposals for partial service.

Answer 1

S4C is looking to contract one supplier to provide a service which fulfills all requirements noted in the ITT. Please note in this context that S4C welcomes consortium bids (see part 2.3 of the ITT for more information). Provided that all rights issues are cleared, a supplier is permitted to include licences of third party products which are capable of integration with the supplier's products as part of the offering. Any such third party products would need to be licensed and managed by the supplier and capable of being licensed to S4C for the intended use.
