S4C is to show comprehensive highlights from each match of Wales’ rugby summer tour of the Americas.

Wales face South Africa in Washington DC, on 2 June, before embarking on a two-match tour of Argentina, with matches against the Pumas on 9 and 16 June.

Highlights and analysis of each match will be shown in Welsh on S4C the following day, with coverage produced by the BBC Wales sports team.

Sue Butler, S4C Sports Commissioner, said: "We’re delighted to be showing the highlights of Wales’ summer tour.

"Wales have named an exciting squad and the quality of opposition will hopefully bring the best out of the players.

"We hope rugby fans will enjoy our Welsh language coverage of the tour."
