Congratulations to Gai Toms and Philip Jones, winners of this year's competition with the song Braf yw Cael Byw.
They win the top prize of £7,500, the Cân i Gymru trophy and the opportunity to represent Wales at the Pan Celtic Festival in Ireland.
In second place, and receiving a prize of £2,000, is Rhydian Pugh with the song Cynnal y Fflam, and in third place, with the prize of £1,000 is Nia Davies Williams and Sian Owen with the song Cain.
