Stwnsh takes over the internet

As Planed Plant goes off the air for the last time at 6.00 on Friday evening (23 April), S4C is inviting its viewers to turn their attentions to as they are introduced to the innovative and interactive service that replaces it, Stwnsh.

The live internet broadcast on the Stwnsh website will be an action-packed twenty minutes of fun, laughter, games, singing, dancing, competitions and noise as we are introduced to the new presenters of the service.

Children between 7 and 13 years old can also compete to win a mega prize on the website before Friday’s live streaming, which includes an HD-ready television, a Playstation 3, an iPod touch and a Nintendo DSi. The winner will be revealed during the online broadcast.

Jukebox Juniors, the dance troupe stars of Sky One series Got to Dance from Cardiff, are also set to entertain the nation online and will set the Stwnsh presenters – Geraint, Tudur, Lois, Anni, Eleri, Owain, Ant and Al – the task of performing their own unique Stwnsh dance at the end of the streaming.

Stwnsh will be broadcast for the first time on Monday 26 April from 4.00-6.00 with an array of new programmes and a brand new Saturday morning show, Stwnsh Sadwrn, on 1 May.
