Nadine Beaton Director of People and Culture
Before joining S4C, Nadine gained extensive experience across people, organisational development and wider business systems in a range of sectors including fast-paced technology start-ups. She is passionate about fostering open, honest and collaborative ways of working, and about ensuring people feel valued, supported and empowered. Nadine is strongly committed to creating an inclusive environment, and this commitment shapes her approach to leadership, inclusion and people development.
Nadine grew up in an English-language home and learned Welsh through education, giving her first-hand understanding of S4C’s role in supporting people from all backgrounds in Wales to use and develop the language.
