Welsh cakes
Ingredients
- 225g raising flour
- 100g Welsh butter
- 50 sugar
- 75g chocolate
- skin 1 orange
- 1 egg
Method
- Put the flour in a bowl and crush the butter.
- Then add the sugar, chocolate and orange.
- Beat the egg and add and form into dough, roll and cut into circles.
- Cook on the griddle until cooked and a nice golden colour on both sides, sprinkle with melted chocolate.
