Cod in marmalade with salad

Ingredients
4 cod fish fillets
1 tbsp orange marmalade
50g butter
1 orange
1 tbsp dijon mustard
4 fennel or 4 courgette
1 pack of dill
a pinch of salt
1 lemon
2 red onions
Method
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Spread a bit of butter on one side of the cod and fry on the side of the butter next to golden.
Flip over, add butter, marmalade + orange juice to the pan and roast at 180 ° c for about 3 minutes.
Cut the fennel and onions. Mix with the dill, lemon juice and salt.
Serve salad.
Take out the fish to serve.
Then finish by pouring over the marmalade sauce.
