Add in half the egg/vanilla mix and half the flour, baking powder and salt mix.
Mix well and then add the remaining wet ingredients first, then the dry.
When combined, add the chocolate chips and pretzels.
Roll into a sausage shape using cling film wrap. Freeze until ready to bake.
When you're ready to cook, slice and place directly from frozen onto a greased baking tray and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 175°c and then 200°c for the final 5 minutes.
