Crunchy Parsnips

Ingredients

  • 2kg parsnips
  • 4 tablespoons polenta
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Turn the oven to 220c / 200 gas fan 7 .
  2. Cook the parsnips in a pan for about 5 minutes, drain and cover with a little oil.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then use to cover the parsnips. Place on a baking tray and cook for about 15 minutes then turn and then cook for another 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
