Michelle Evans-Fecci's Chocolate Cookies​


113g butter

75g caster sugar

82g brown sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla

172g plain flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

170g milk or dark chocolate 'chips'


  1. Beat the butter, sugar and egg together
  2. Preheat the oven to 190 fan
  3. Add the flour and mix in the chocolate
  4. Weigh the mixture on the scales and divide between 17. Roll all the balls evenly
  5. Freeze at this point if you want to keep them
  6. Bake for 8 minutes
