The Blind Auditions will be filmed on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th November at Dragon Studios, Pencoed, near Bridgend. There will be two recording sessions each day. All tickets are free.

ON ARRIVAL

When you arrive, you will be greeted by a Security Guard who will check you in and direct you to the car park. Free parking is available on site.

Once you have parked, please follow the signs and make your way to the audience tent outside of Studio 4. The Audience Team will greet and check you in, show you to your seats and keep your coats and bags safe during the show.

The recording session will last around 4 hours 20 minutes. You will be required to stay for the entire show, unless you have agreed with us in advance us, due to medical reasons.

There will be a comfort break halfway through the recording where you will be provided with water, snacks and to use the facilities.

TICKET & STUDIO RULES

• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

• Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the studio.

• No food or drink allowed in the studio.

• Taking photographs, videos, or any other recordings of the show or the filming location is strictly prohibited.

• Please do not discuss the outcome of the recording with anyone outside the audience - we don’t want to spoil the surprise for viewers at home.

• Mobile phones must be switched off before entering the studio floor, and no recording equipment may be brought into the filming location.

• If you would like to make a group booking for more than three children, or groups of 10 or more adults, please contact cynulleidfa@boomcymru.co.uk.

• We ask audience members to wear dark clothing (black or navy preferred) and please refrain from wearing big logos.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You will not be permitted to distribute any images or videos from the filming across personal or professional social media accounts as well as via private messaging apps such as WhatsApp.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Upon arrival at the filming location each individual audience member will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

This will protect the magic and the excitement of the show for the viewers back home and everyone taking part.
