Be part of the audience of Y Llais Blind Auditions

The Blind Auditions will take place on Wednesday 12th, Thursday 13th and Friday 14th November at Dragon Studios in Bridgend and there will be two recording sessions per day – one in the morning from approximately 10:00-13:40 and one in the afternoon from approximately 14:15-18:10.

ON ARRIVAL

When you arrive, you will be greeted by a Security Guard who will check you in and direct you to the car park. Free parking is available on site.

Once you have parked, please follow the signs and make your way to the audience tent outside of Studio 4. The Audience Team will check you in, take your coats and belongings and then show you to your seats.

The recording session will last around 3 hours 55 minutes, and you will not be permitted to leave the studio during this time unless you have already agreed this with us for medical reasons.

There will be a comfort break halfway through the recording where you will be provided with water, snacks and to use the facilities.

TICKET & STUDIO RULES

  • Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the studio. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
  • No food or drink is allowed on the studio floor.
  • Taking photographs, videos, or any other recordings of the filming location is strictly prohibited.
  • Please do not discuss the outcome of the recording with anyone outside the audience - we don’t want to spoil the surprise for viewers at home.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off before entering the studio floor, and no recording equipment may be brought into the filming location.

  • We ask audience members to wear dark clothing (black or navy preferred).

STUDIO NOTICE

Please be aware that the studio can become quite warm, so dress appropriately. Studio lighting can also be intense at times.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You will not be permitted to distribute any images or videos from the filming across personal or professional social media accounts as well as via private messaging apps such as WhatsApp.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Upon arrival at the filming location each individual audience member will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

This will protect the magic and the excitement of the show for the viewers back home and everyone taking part.
