S4C Cymorth has alot of useful resources, and here are just some of them to help with your mental health.

  • Adferiad

    Adferiad Recovery brings together a broad range of outstanding services from four charities - Adferiad Recovery, CAIS, Hafal and WCADA- for people in Wales with mental health problems, substance misuse problems, and those with co-occurring and complex needs. They also support the Living Room service and Cynnal, a confidential counselling service available throughout Wales for all members of the Clergy, Ministers of Religion and their families

      Tir Dewi helps to support farmers and their families, by trying to sort out any worries and work out solutions to problems, however big or small.

                    Bilingual helpline and online service about any subject, if you're between 0 and 25.

                    • Head Above The Waves

                      A Wales based non-profit organisation which raises awareness of depression and self-harm in young people. They offer workshops and resources, some bilingually, as well as signposting to sources of support.

                        • CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably

                          Help and support from a charity which seek to help young men who feel depressed or suicidal. Suicide is the main cause of death for men under 45 in the UK.

                            • Saneline

                              SANE runs a national, out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. They also have a comprehensive website offering advice around mental well-being. They are open every day of the year from 4:30pm to 10:30pm.
