S4C is pleased to announce that Menter a Busnes will sponsor the new series of Prosiect Pum Mil.

The popular series will begin on S4C on Sunday, 22 November with Trystan Ellis Morris and Emma Walford travelling to communities all over Wales to try and complete community projects with a budget of £5,000.

Through renovating and rebuilding, the communities will come together in the hope of creating schemes which will benefit their area.

In this series we will be visiting Llanystumdwy, Cardiff, Ysbyty Ifan, Nelson, Pontypridd and Llandysul.

Prosiect Pum Mil (Five Thousand Pound Project) won a BAFTA Cymru award last month in the Best Presenter category for Emma and Trystan's natural and warm-hearted presenting style.

"Prosiect Pum Mil is an excellent example of community spirit at its' best," said Amanda Rees S4C Director of Content.

"This popular series has certainly hit the right note with our viewers as we travel all over Wales visiting a variety of areas and meeting colourful characters in their local area. We are incredibly grateful to Menter a Busnes for sponsoring this year's series."

Alun Jones, Chief Executive for Menter a Busnes said: "We are very pleased to have the opportunity to sponsor Project Pum Mil this year, in a time which has been challenging for many.

"The series is testament to the creativity, durability and resourcefulness which is alive and well across the country.

"Supporting the communities and economy of Wales is at the heart of everything we do, and it is good to be able to support a series like this which celebrates what communities can achieve to improve their area through working together."
