The Senior Leadership Team provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure that S4C's vision, corporate objectives, and values are effectively achieved, according to the channel's strategy.

Led by the Chief Executive, the Senior Leadership Team is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the organisation, in accordance with the policies approved by the Board and maintaining a positive organisational culture in accordance with the Culture Code.

It serves as a strategic link between the Board and the organisation.
