1. The competition is open to all except individuals employed by S4C, Tinopolis, Tinint (the Company), their families and other companies associated with the competition.

2. All entrants must be 17 years of age or older to play and must confirm they meet the age requirements when registering to play. The Company and S4C reserve the right to request written proof of the age of any prize winner.

3. To enter, you must select and confirm the relevant T&C's boxes to accept the Cwis App terms and conditions. This is done before accessing to play.

4. The weekly competition will start at 00:01 on Monday mornings throughout the season and close at 23:59 on Sundays.

5. The season will start at 00:01 on 06/10/2025 and close at 00:00 on 03/11/2025.

6. The decision of the Company and S4C is final.

7. The Company will retain competitors' personal data for up to 12 months after the most recent season end date in order to administer the competition and deal with any queries. Players are able to remove all personal data at any time by choosing to delete their account within the App profile settings. This is in accordance with GDPR regulations.

8. The Company will process any personal data in accordance with the privacy policy published at https://www.tinopolis.com/privacy-notice/. S4C will process any personal data in accordance with the policy published at http://www.s4c.cymru/en/about-this-site/page/16717/privacy-policy/.

9. The Company and / or S4C reserve the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant has breached any of these rules.

10. Neither the Company nor S4C shall be responsible for any error, omission, disruption, deletion, defect or delay in any communication method used by player applicants, or for player communications to the Cwis administration team.

11. The Company and/or S4C reserve the right to amend these rules or to cancel, modify or revise the competition at any time as a result of events beyond their control, or to ensure that the competition is conducted in accordance with the relevant laws and guidelines.

12. These terms and conditions apply in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

To be eligible to win the main season prize, entrants will need to play at least one game of Cwis Bob Dydd to achieve a total score for the season. The winner will be drawn from all eligible participants at random.

The prize winner will be contacted by Tinint (the Company) for validation and further details in order for S4C to dispatch the prize. The prize winner must respond with confirmations and details within 3 working days of being contacted by the Cwis administration team.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days after the competition closes.
5. Claiming the Prize: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days of being notified. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.
6. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
7. Changes to the Competition: Cwis Bob Dydd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
8. Privacy: Any personal data collected as part of this competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with our privacy policy.
