1. The competition is open to all except individuals employed by S4C, Tinopolis, Tinint (the Company), their families and other companies associated with the competition.

2. All entrants must be 17 years of age or older to enter and must confirm they meet the age requirements when registering to play. The company and S4C reserve the right to request written proof of the age of any prize winner.

3. To enter, you must select and confirm the relevant T&C's box to accept the Cwis App terms and conditions. This is done before accessing to play.

4. The competition will start at 00:01 26/06/23 and close at 23:59 on 12/11/23.

5. The decision of the Company and S4C is final.

6. The Company will retain competitors' personal data for up to 12 months after the most recent season end date in order to administer the competition and deal with any queries. Players are able to remove all personal data at any time by choosing to delete their account within the App profile settings. This is in accordance with GDPR regulations.

8. The Company and / or S4C reserve the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant has breached any of these rules.

9. Neither the Company nor S4C shall be responsible for any error, omission, disruption, deletion, defect or delay in any communication method used by player applicants, or for player communications to the Cwis administration team.

10. The Company and/or S4C reserve the right to amend these rules or to cancel, modify or revise the competition at any time as a result of events beyond their control, or to ensure that the competition is conducted in accordance with the relevant laws and guidelines.

1. Bonus raffles

Everyone who plays Cwis Bob Dydd on the first day of the season will be entered into a prize draw to win a new iPhone 14. The Cwis team may choose to introduce further bonus raffles within the season, the same qualification rules will apply for those bonus raffle days. Prize winners will be contacted for validation and further details in order to confirm and dispatch the prize. Prize winners must respond with confirmations and details within 14 working days of being contacted by the Cwis administration team.

2. Weekly prizes

All players who finish in the top 200 on the overall leaderboard at the end of the week (Sunday nights at 24:00) will be in with a chance of winning the weekly prize. One user will be chosen through an automated random selection process every Monday morning from the top 200. Prize winners will be contacted for validation and further details in order to confirm and dispatch the prize. Prize winners must respond with confirmations and details within 14 working days of being contacted by the Cwis administration team.

1. The Prize

The main series prize will be a 'new' or 'nearly new' car supplied by Gravell's limited car dealership for a 12-month lease. The vehicle colour and exact specification will be dependent on stock availability at the time of winner confirmation.

2. The prize-winner lease contract is between GRAVELL'S LIMITED (the "Car Company") and CWIS BOB DYDD PRIZE WINNER (the "Driver"). The prize winner must be able to meet and agree to sign the lease terms with Gravell's Limited which will include and is not limited to proof of location and address, valid driver's license, and age. 3. Lease Term

The lease term shall be for a period of one (1) year, commencing on the start date specified by Gravells' Limited. This will not be before the prize winner has been confirmed and validated that they meet the requirements for the lease prize.

4. Vehicle

The Car Company shall lease to the Driver a Kia Manufactured car the same or equivalent to the car advertised (the "Vehicle"). The prize winner must be able to travel to collect the prize. Any such travel is at the prize winner's expense.

5. Mileage Allowance

The Driver shall be permitted to drive the Vehicle up to a maximum of 10,000 miles per year. Any excess mileage will be charged at £0.09 (including VAT) per mile.

6. Insurance

The Car Company shall arrange comprehensive insurance for the Vehicle. The Driver shall be the named driver on the insurance policy.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

The Driver shall be responsible for all maintenance and repairs to the Vehicle, except for wear and tear.

8. Eligibility

The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 17 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The winner must have a valid driving licence. If the winner does not have a valid driving licence, another winner will be chosen at random.

9. How to enter

To enter for the prize players must download the Cwis Bob Dydd App, register and play the Cwis to obtain a completion time and score within a qualifying day within the relevant season for the prize on offer. Each time the Cwis is played, the player's name (Player ID) is entered into the main prize draw.

10. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of the closing date.

11. Prize claim

The winner must contact the promoter within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. The prize must be collected within 30 days of notification.

12. Return of the Car

The car must be returned in accordance will all lease terms and timeframes.
