There will be a premiere of a story about a unique reindeer named Nolig, and an original tale about a brave little girl in a forest in Ysbryd yr Oerfel. Christmas classics like Deian a Loli will return, along with special episodes of popular cartoons such as Blŵi, Shrek, and Madagascar — the kids are going to love it.

A brand-new game show is about to shake up Wednesday nights on S4C - Y Deis (The Dice) is set to deliver a thrilling blend of knowledge, strategy… and a little bit of luck. Filmed in Cardiff and created by Slam Media, this original Welsh format launches this week and promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

First look images from S4C’s award-winning new feature documentary film Y Crwydryn (The Wanderer) have been released today. The film – which has already won plaudits in several film festivals - will air in Welsh, with English subtitles, on S4C, S4C Clic and BBC iPlayer on Boxing Day.

On Tuesday 11 November 2025, S4C will broadcast a groundbreaking new documentary, Curo Tu Ôl I’r Drws (Behind Closed Doors), a rare and eye-opening look at how Dyfed-Powys Police deal with cases of domestic violence across the largest geographical policing area in Wales and England.

As the popular drama series STAD returns to S4C, writer Lleucu Siôn highlights the importance of capturing the true sound and spirit of Caernarfon on screen.
“The energy, spirit, and humour of the Caernarfon people are so special,” she said, “it was absolutely vital that it sounded really authentic on TV.”
