Arwyn Thomas is the Head of Planning and Content Management. The primary function of the Department is to schedule, coordinate, and publish all S4C content across linear television, S4C Clic, YouTube, and BBC iPlayer.

The team works closely with Commissioners, the production sector, the BBC within CSQ, and the Communications and Marketing, Presentation, and Business Affairs departments.
