Companies are invited to apply to produce a package of Digital Content.  We are looking for a package of bold and digital ideas that reflect the heart, humor and soul of Wales, tailored specifically for a 25-44 audience. With the intention of publishing at the beginning of 2026.

We have received a number of questions and will provide full answers by the end of Wednesday.

The annual budget for digital content in 2025/26 is £2 million, with a further increase for 2026/27. This tender is one element, but only part of it. There will still be opportunities for companies that are not successful this time to propose digital ideas outside of the tender (as usual).
We would like to emphasise that partnership is not required — it is only an option.

The figure of around £1,000 per minute is consistent with similar budgets in the digital field across the UK.

This is a package of digital work to strengthen our presence on third-party platforms, under the oversight of Guto Rhun as commissioner, with discussions in the usual order with the Chief Content Officer.
