Tender for the Provision of Viewing and Audience Appreciation Data Services

S4C is tendering for the supply of viewing and audience appreciation data services in relation to S4C programmes. The tender has been advertised on the Sell2Wales.co.uk website and has been submitted to the Official Journal of the European Union. All businesses interested in providing the services must complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire in the form set out below. The deadline for receipt by S4C of the completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is midday on Wednesday 13th June 2018.

The closing date for receipt of requests for additional information and for guidance in completing the PQQ is midday on Wednesday 30th May 2018.

Following receipt of the PQQs, S4C will form a shortlist to be invited to tender in accordance with the Invitation to Tender document. If you are successful you will be required to submit a tender response in accordance with the below document. You should not respond to the Invitation to Tender at this point.

Appendix – Draft Agreement

Question 1

Can you confirm that the required levels of insurance the successful applicant must obtain before commencement of the contract are as follows? Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = £5,000,000; Public Liability Insurance = £10,000,000 per claim, unlimited in the aggregate.

Is the contract budget of £600,000 for a three-year term, or does it include the option to extend to 4 years?

This is the budget for 3 years.

Question 3

Will the current panel be transferred to the new supplier?

Answer 3

We do not expect the current panel to be transferred.
