Isuzu adds pace and power to S4C's Wales Autumn International coverage

31 October 2018

S4C has again teamed up with the Wales shirt sponsor, Isuzu, for this year's Autumn International Under Armour Series.

The Japanese manufacturer of the Isuzu D-Max – dubbed the pick-up professional - will sponsor the broadcaster's rugby series, Clwb Rygbi Rhyngwladol for the November games.

Wales play Scotland at the Principality Stadium on Saturday 3 November (2.45pm) in the first ever Doddie Weir Cup match between the two nations.

The following week, Saturday 10 November (5.20pm), Australia are the visitors to Cardiff, with Tonga a week later, on Saturday 17 November (2.30pm).

Warren Gatland's men bring their Autumn campaign to a close against South Africa on Saturday 24 November (5.20pm).

Clwb Rygbi Rhyngwladol has live, comprehensive coverage of all four matches. Gareth Rhys Owen presents the coverage, with Gareth Charles and former Wales captain Gwyn Jones commentating, and Catrin Heledd pitchside.

George Wallis, Isuzu Marketing Communications Manager, said: "Capable, durable, tough and hardworking. This applies to both Welsh Rugby and the Isuzu D-Max.

"This is the second year of Isuzu sponsoring the extensive S4C coverage of the Autumn Internationals. A sponsorship that reaches out to the many Welsh Rugby fans that want to enjoy these games in the Welsh Language."

David Bryant, S4C Head of Commercial Development, said: "We are happy to team up again with Isuzu and appreciate their continued support for this important series in the build up to next year's World Cup."
