A reminder of the importance of the approval and delivery dates for content delivered to S4C which have been agreed and specified in your licence/agreement.
These dates are used by the S4C broadcasting system and are fed to different departments in order to organise work schedules, prepare promotional and marketing material, and for external companies that provide access services for our content. It is therefore important that if there are any changes to delivery dates, that you notify us as soon as possible in order to adjust the workflows and ensure that the relevant staff are available to respond and carry out the work on time.

Possible ideas include:
We’d like to take the opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment for everyone working at S4C – or on its behalf.
Recently legislation has come into effect in the UK that strengthens protections against sexual harassment in the workplace. This legislation places a greater duty on employers to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment - something we are fully committed to and take extremely seriously.
We’d also like to remind you of your duty when working for S4C, or when providing services for or on behalf of S4C.
We therefore want to share with you our Supplier Statement: Sexual Harassment, which is also available on our website. The policy clearly outlines what constitutes unacceptable behaviour and how we support anyone who experiences or witnesses harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment.
S4C is looking for new ideas for content to publish on Hansh. We want content that will inspire, amaze and raise a smile. Adventurous contemporary shortform series to publish on Hansh’s YouTube.
We are looking for the following types of series:
Length: 10-12 minutes per episode. 4-8 episodes.
We are keen to commission strong formats that will be able to return to enrich Hansh's YouTube channel. The content will possibly follow different publishing patterns than usual in order to create publishing patterns that suit the platform. We are keen to get ideas about exceptional young people from Wales.
