Christmas Cupcakes

Christmas Tree Cupcakes.

(to make 36 individual cakes.)

Ingredients

222g Margarine

504g Light Brown sugar

4 eggs

442g Plain Flour

2 tsp Bakig Powder

2 tsp Bicarb of Soda

1 tsp Salt

55g Cocoa Powder

55ml Cold water

480ml Hot Water

1 tsp Coffee

Method

Mix the flour, bicarb of soda, baking powder and salt in a big bowl.

In a jug, mix the cocoa, hot water, and coffee together. Remember to ask an adult to help you with this step.

Mix the sugar and margarine together with a mixer until it forms a creamy mixture.

Add the eggs one at a time.

Add the dry ingredient and continue mixing.

Slowly, add the chocolate mixture a little at a time.

When everything is combined, pour the mixture into individual paper cupcake cases.

Bake at 160c for 16 minutes.

300g Salted Butter

300g Unsalted Butter

600g Icing Sugar

240g Condensed Milk

120g Sprinkles

1 tsp Vanilla extract.

A drop of green food colouring.

Mix the butter until soft and has turned very light in colour.

Add the icing sugar a little at a time and keep mixing.

Add the condensed milk, vanilla, and the food colouring.

Pipe the mixture on top of the cupcakes to make them look like Christmas trees. Decorate with sprinkles to look like Christmas decorations.
