Publisher gets behind S4C's events coverage with new sponsorship deal

One of Wales’s oldest publishers is again sponsoring some of this year’s biggest events on S4C
Following the success of Gwasg Gomer’s sponsorship of last year’s National Eisteddfod, the company have not only agreed to sponsor the programmes again this year, but for the first time are sponsoring S4C's coverage of the Royal Welsh Show (24-27 July) the National Eisteddfod (5-12 August) and the Cerdd Dant Festival (11 November).
Jonathan Lewis Gwasg Gomer’s Managing Director, said; "Last year’s successful sponsorship of the National Eisteddfod programmes persuaded us that there is great value to working with S4C. Sponsoring the Royal Welsh Show programming helps us to reach an audience that will be interested in some of our new titles, and the Cerdd Dant programmes speak directly to some of our core customers."
On behalf of S4C, Head of Commercial Development, David Bryant said; “We’ve very glad to be able to welcome back Gwasg Gomer as the sponsor of our National Eisteddfod programming this year and are very happy that they have seen fit to extend their sponsorship to include the Royal Welsh Show and the Cerdd Dant festival."
