These terms and conditions relate to the Ffair Aeaf 2023 competition. By entering the Competition you agree to be bound by the Rules.
To enter the competition you must:
Answer the question on the Y Ffair Aeaf 2023 website
Provide you name, email address and phone number to the website
confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
The Competition will close at 4pm Tuesday, 28th of November 2023.
No entries received after the closing date or time will be included within the competition.
The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except for S4C, Boom Cymru and Slam Media staff, their immediate families and companies directly involved with this competition.
The winner will be chosen at random from all names who've given the correct answer to the question on the website by the closing date and time. Boom Cymru and S4C's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There is one prize: A voucher for £100 of meat at the Winner's local butcher.
No purchase is necessary in order to compete
1 entry per person is allowed
The winner's name will be announced after the closing date on the Ffair Aeaf 2023 Highlights programme on Sunday the 3th December 2023. Boom Cymru will also contact the winner by email or phone on Monday 4th December 2023.
By entering the competition entrants:
confirm that all information provided by them to Boom Cymru and S4C is correct
agree that should they win the competition, their name and photograph may be used by Boom Cymru and S4C for promotional purposes.
Boom Cymru and S4C reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner and to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
All entries must be received via the form on the Ffair Aeaf 2023 website and with a working email address. Entries submitted by any other methods will not be accepted.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and there is no cash alternative.
Boom Cymru and S4C takes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in any communication method used by entrants or for entries that have not been received before the closing date. Proof of sending e-mail cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
If Boom Cymru / S4C are unable to contact the winner from the contact details provided or if arrangements for delivery or collection of the prize cannot be made following reasonable attempts by Boom Cymru to do so, Boom Cymru and S4C are entitled to give the prize to another name chosen at random from the remaining entries.
Boom Cymru and S4C reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage due to events beyond its control.
Boom Cymru and S4C excludes any liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from his or her entry into the competition or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
Boom Cymru will only use entrants' personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and will not use such data for any other purpose. Boom Cymru will destroy all personal data in its possession received as part of competition entries once the competition is over.
